Sign-up is free and you get first 60 days as our risk free trial period. You pay nothing (except the cost of postage and supplies) for the first 60 days!

Is there an additional fee based on how much postage I use?
No. You pay face value for postage.

What is required in order to use ShipstreamTM Manager?
You must have a PC, Windows compatible printer, and an Internet connection.

Can I use my existing printer with Shipstream™ Manager?
Yes, you can use most Windows compatible printers with Shipstream™ Manager.

Can I print onto plain paper with ShipstreamTM Manager?
Yes, the ShipstreamTM solution allows you to print on plain paper. Then you can use packing slips, tape or even glue to apply the paper to the package.

Can I use my Pitney Bowes LPS-1, DYMO, Eltron, Zebra or UPS Thermal Label Printer?
Yes, you can use your existing thermal printer with ShipstreamTM Manager.

How do I update my scale with postage rate changes?
Shipstream™ Manager will automatically update postage rate changes for you.

Can I be billed later for postage?
Yes. You can apply for a postage credit line with The Pitney Bowes Bank when you sign up for Shipstream™ Manager.

If I have a credit line with The Pitney Bowes Bank, how can I increase my credit line for postage?
You can apply for a credit line increase by calling 1-877-WEB-SHIP.

Do I have to pay my postage bill in full each month?
No. As long as your account is in good standing, you may choose to pay all or any portion of the bill each month.

How can I check the balance owed on my postage account?
Just call our customer service department at 1-877-WEB-SHIP.

Can I get parcel insurance with ShipstreamTM Manager?
Yes! Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance is available through ShipstreamTM Manager right as you print postage.

Who underwrites Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance?
All insurance is underwritten by Fireman's Fund®. Fireman's Fund® is rated Excellent (A) by the A.M. Best Company and Strong (A+) by Standard & Poor's.

What are the insurance rates for Fireman's Fund® Insurance?
Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance is available at a $0.25 discount off of insurance rates available through USPS. The first $100 of domestic coverage costs $1.95, plus $1.00 for every additional $100 (up to $5,000 coverage available). International coverage is also available for $2.35 for the first $100 plus $1.00 for every additional $100.

How do I purchase insurance?
You may purchase insurance as part of your postage transaction. Just select "Fireman's Fund" from the "Insurance" drop-down on either the label "Print" dialog box or on the "Rate" tab in the "Postage Options" dialog box.

Do I need to go to the Post Office to drop off an insured package?
No! Once you have purchased Fireman's Fund® parcel insurance, your parcel is insured. You do not have to go to the Post Office, you can hand it to your postal carrier or leave it in any mailbox. If you need to file a claim, you can print a claim form right from your ShipstreamTM Manager account web page.
